However, the demand for highly skilled professionals in specialized fields such as Pipe Fitters, Millwrights, Reliability Specialists (Condition Monitoring), Instrument Techs, and Welder/Fitters has been growing at an astonishing pace. This surge in demand has resulted in a significant skills gap, as the educational offerings have struggled to keep up with the industry's needs.

TFG has responded to this challenge by assembling a team of over fifty experts who collectively possess more than a thousand years of experience in these critical craft areas. These seasoned professionals have developed Assessment and Training Programs specifically designed to address the skills gap. These programs have already proven highly successful when implemented by key companies in the petrochemical industry, particularly those in the midstream and downstream sectors.
